Chantilly Tiffany Cats - Temperament 

Despite the fact that Chantilly/Tiffany cats are very rare, the breed is a wonderful citizen of the feline world. The Chantilly cat is loved for its appearance and outstanding temperament traits. The breed is believed to be a pet for the royalty. In fact, Chantilly/Tiffany cats make affectionate companions and are not a bother for their owners. Unlike some other feline breeds, Chantilly cats are not too demanding. The breed is relatively easy to take care of. It is said to be neither hyperactive, nor lazy.

As a rule, the Chantilly/Tiffany cat forms strong affectionate relationship with its owner. The breed tends to be people-oriented and does not enjoy solitude to the extent other feline breeds do. Females are said to be more sensitive than males.

Chantilly/Tiffany cats do well with other pets and children. However, they need time to adjust to new people. Introduce a kitten slowly to a new environment and let it choose a place to play and sleep. Chantilly cats tend to be playful and like to spend hours watching its owner. If left alone for a long time, a Chantilly cat will try to locate the owner by searching every spot.

 

Chantilly Tiffany Cats - Health and Care 

Chantilly/Tiffany cats are not difficult to care for. They require little maintenance with brushing or combing a few times a month. The breed is generally healthy. However, breeders and owners often face digestive problems in the Chantilly/Tiffany cat. These health disorders can be related to changes in the diet. Stress is also a frequent cause of diarrhea. Breeders and owners are advised to pay special attention to dental care of their pets. Ears should also be checked regularly. Chantilly/Tiffany cats are likely to accumulate wax easy.
